How The Insurance Provider Uses Your Information
We share your Personally Identifiable Information with the Insurance Provider in order to complete
your application transaction. The Insurance Provider processes your Personally Identifiable
Information according to its particular underwriting guidelines and operating policies and
transmits the results of your application to us. We then deliver those results to you. Our
agreement with the Insurance Provider prohibits it from using your Personally Identifiable
Information for any purposes other than processing, evaluating and accepting your application
